Mobility Class #6 - Strength (Beginner)
In this strength mobility class, you’ll be using three of our Form Specific Stretches to build useable mobility in multiple joints of your body. This class uses the Wave Unload, Scorpion Reach and Crab Reach. Since this is a beginner class, each movement will be “built”, meaning you will not need any prior experience of the Form Specific Stretches to enjoy this class.

Set static Beast
Set Loaded Beast
Wave Unload, return to Loaded Beast
Right leg Scorpion Reach, Return to Loaded Beast
Left leg Scorpion Reach, Return to Loaded Beast
Left leg Underswitch
Right arm Crab Reach, Return to Crab
Left arm Crab Reach, Return to Crab
Left leg Underswitch to Loaded Beast
