Mobility Class 3 - Strength (Intermediate)

This intermediate level class is a long form “strength mobility” class that focuses around our Animal Flow Form Specific Stretches (FSS). In this class you’ll progressively build each FSS, working from single joints, all the way up to the full body movements. Mike will introduce a method of using strategic points of tension in order to gain more mobility and flexibility at end ranges. This class is instruction heavy, so you won’t need any prior experience with the movements to enjoy this class.

Animal Flow On Demand is intended for your personal use. If you are interested in teaching Animal Flow to others, in personal training or classes, you'll need to become a Certified Animal Flow Instructor by attending one of our workshops.
