Mike's Flow Class #6 (Advanced)

In this advanced class you’ll be using a Front Kickthrough, Side Kickthrough, Underswitch to Ape, Lateral Traveling Ape, Scorpion Sweep, Reaching Underswitch, Crocodile Roll, Full Scorpion, Pop Out, and Crocodile Crawl. This class has a only a moderate amount of instruction on how to perform the moves incorporated into the class, so we suggest checking out the Tutorials of each movement before attempting the class.
Remember to start every Animal Flow practice with your Wrist Mobility exercises.

The Call Out for the flow taught in this class is as follows:

Set Loaded Beast

Left leg Front Kickthrough

Pop it back to Right leg Side Kickthrough

Right leg Underswitch to Ape

Right lateral Ape (low hip)

Right leg Scorpion Sweep

Left leg Reaching Underswitch into

Left side Crocodile Roll into

Left leg Full Scorpion

Close gap into Right side Crocodile roll to Pop out
