Mobility Class 2 - Strength/Form Specific Stretches (Advanced)

In this strength Mobility class, Mike will take you through multiple rounds of our Animal Flow Form Specific Stretches. There will be very little instruction on how to perform the moves, so you’ll either want to try out the Strength Mobility 3 class first, or check out all of the Form Specific Stretches in the Tutorials sections before attempting this class. This is an Advanced level class because it requires a bit of strength and endurance to complete the full class.

Remember to start every Animal Flow practice with your Wrist Mobility exercises.
