Mobility Class #7 (Fluid / Strength)
In this 50-minute class you will be utilizing both fluid mobilizing movements and strength mobilizing movements. In the fluid mobility section, our goal is to move in and out of these ranges with as little tension as possible. In the Strength section we'll work on building strategic tension at end ranges of movement to build both strength and mobility. We'll start out slowly, and will work out way up to performing full sets of some Form Specific Stretches by the end of the class. This class is perfect as a warm up or cool down to any of the other Classes or Flows. No Animal Flow experience is necessary to enjoy this class.
Animal Flow On Demand is intended for your personal use. If you are interested in teaching Animal Flow to others, in personal training or classes, you'll need to become a Certified Animal Flow Instructor by attending one of our workshops.
