The full-length classes offer a high-intensity workout, using Animal Flow movements in timed interval drills. First you'll learn the movements, and then you'll drill them in sets. These classes will get your heart rate up and provide an intense workout! Most classes do not use complex movements, but can be difficult due to the duration of the class.

Intervals Class #4 (Advanced) ( 0:17:41)
video 0:17:41
In this short but high intensity class, you’ll be performing sprints using our Animal Flow movements for twenty seconds, followed by standing active recovery exercises for thirty seconds and finally a total rest for ten seconds. Since this is an advanced class, we will expect that you already know the movements, so there will be no instruction on how to perform each move. Check out the Tutorials section if you need help with any of the moves. Be sure to follow along with one of our Wrist Mobilization videos before beginning this class. Animal Flow On Demand is intended for your personal use. If you are interested in teaching Animal Flow to others, in personal training or classes, you'll need to become a Certified Animal Flow Instructor by attending one of our workshops. If you'd like to further improve your individual skills by working one-on-one or taking a class with one of our Certified Instructors, check out our on-line directory to find one near you.
