Intervals Class #4 (Advanced)

In this short but high intensity class, you’ll be performing sprints using our Animal Flow movements for twenty seconds, followed by standing active recovery exercises for thirty seconds and finally a total rest for ten seconds. Since this is an advanced class, we will expect that you already know the movements, so there will be no instruction on how to perform each move. Check out the Tutorials section if you need help with any of the moves. Be sure to follow along with one of our Wrist Mobilization videos before beginning this class.
