This Flow from Master Instructor Sascha Mueller is considered intermediate level because it incorporates a Tuck Balance, but you’ll notice that Sascha demonstrates the regressed version (High Hip Modified Beast) throughout. If you are able to hit your Tuck, feel free to use it in the Lateral Traveling Ape; otherwise, go ahead with the regression until you are ready.
